IMORTANT INFORMATION COVID 19
- The use of a face mask is compulsory in the reception.
- Please maintain a distance of two meters between guests on the stairs and the rest of the hotel premises, including outdoor spaces.
- Although the use of the elevator is not recommended, if it is needed, please do not share elevator rides with anyone from outside your household.
- Alcohol-based hand rub is provided; please use it before entering the building.
- Following the recent safety guidelines from the WHO and the Department of Health, we have enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols, which include:

- Prioritized use of virucide products with a high level of disinfection over regular cleaning supplies.
- The apartment keys will be disinfected prior to handing them over to the guests and both surfaces inside the room and cloths will have been disinfected and cleaned thoughtfully.
- The entrance doors located next to the stairs will be open from 8 am till 10 pm to avoid any potential undesired contact with door handles.
Check out process will be set aside for the meantime as the final bill will have to be paid during the check-in. We ask our guests to leave all hotel keys inside the mailbox which is located next to the reception.

At La Faiada Aparthotel you will find the perfect accommodation to enjoy some holidays on the Catalan Pyrenees, from El Pont de Suert: we offer 4 guests’ apartments with terrace, and studios for 2 guests, both with private bathroom and equipped kitchen-living room. Also, the terraces at the 4 guests’ apartments have impressive views to the Catalan Pyrenees.
How is the reception of our guests?
There is a small reception area inside La Faiada accommodation.
Check in and check out times:
— Arrival: 3 pm to 8 pm.
— Departure: 9 am to 11 am.
Please, if you wish a late check-out for your stay, ask La Faiada beforehand. An extra charge is required, to be paid directly in our apartments.
Pets
We are sorry, but we do not allow pets in our accommodation.
Equipment, tableware and cleaning:
Kitchen tools, bed linen and towels are included. Towel change is included (once every 3 days). For reservations of 7 nights and more, a weekly cleaning is included.
Parking:
There are parking slots in our garage, available upon an extra charge of 8€/day. You can also use the large outdoor parking area near the accommodation, free of charge.
Accessible accommodation:
La Faiada building has an elevator, and offers accessible accommodation for guests with reduced mobility.

Discover the Catalan Pyrenees from El Pont de Suert
El Pont de Suert has its origin in the 11th century and it keeps in a good state a beautiful old town of Romanesque origin: Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Mercadal, Church, Abacial Palace… Also, it comprises many other charming villages in the area, and it is very close to two gems of the Catalan Pyrenees:
- Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici National Park.
- Vall de Boí and its Romanesque churches.
Taüll is one of the most beautiful villages in Lleida! Both because of its natural surroundings, located in Vall de Boí (one of the most spectacular spots in the Catalan Pyrenees), and because it has a rich Romanesque heritage consisting on churches, hermitages…
Durro is another of the most charming villages in Lleida. Located in Vall de Boí, it offers a unique landscape with the mountains on the background and the confluence of the Durro River with the Barranco Cortina stream.
A curiosity… Why is La Faiada our name?
In front of our accommodation there is a protected area with a beech wood, which is unusual in the area because beech trees need a lot of humidity. The name “Faiada” is a local way of calling it, halfway between hayedo (Spanish language) and fageda (Catalan language).
La Vall de Boí
La Vall de Boí is very close to our accommodation in El Pont de Suert. It is a unique place, where you can discover Romanesque art, hiking, rafting, etc. If you visit La Vall de Boí, we highly recommend you to visit the towns of Boí and Taüll.
Taüll has the Romanesque church called Sant Climent de Taüll, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a perfect basilican plan and great architectural value.
As if that was not enough… There are quite a few hermitages in the area, such as the Hermitage of Sant Quirc de Durro.
Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici National Park
